| Writers of Toy Story Hint FarmVille Movie Coming Soon to the Big Screen |
Alec Sokolow and Jowel Cohen, the writers of Disney Pixar’s Toy Story movie are hinting that a FarmVille movie could be “coming soon” to the big screen.
IGN interviewed the writers who’ve also penned Garfield and Daddy Day Camp and when asked about their current projects the writers revealed that they’ve been in talks with Zynga. Although they couldn’t say much about details of the project, they did drop a few hints.
“So, yes, we will continue writing movies. We are also working on several new and very exciting opportunities. We’re in conversations with Zynga to do something with one of their brands. Can’t really say too much on that front yet, but ‘Old MacDonald’ didn’t have a factory, if you get our drift.”

This isn’t the first time there have been rumors of a Zynga game hitting the big screen. Mafia Wars, another popular Zynga game, was rumored to be made into a movie.
