New Way to Contact Zynga Customer Support ( Live Zynga Chat) [Updated]

Note : Zynga Chat is now only availible for paid customer ( Minimum Purchase 10$ [conrifmed by an agent] )

Step 1 Load your farm And Scroll All The Way to The Bottom (use http://apps.facebook.com/onthefarm )

Step 2 Click The Help button

Step 3 Wait for the Page to load

Step 4 Now Post This Link On Your Address Bar http://apps.facebook.com/onthefarm/support.php And click Enter (The red line means that the old way is patched.


Step 5 Wait For The Chat Box Popup On the side [b]( NOTE : YOU MUST WAIT FOR 5-30 SEC ON THE PAGE FOR THE CHAT BOX OF LIVE CHAT TO POP OUT ON THE SIDE SINCE THIS METHOD IS THE NEW METHOD AND TAKES A BIT TIME )[/b]

Step 6 Enter your Name , Last Name And email And Click Start Chat

Step 7 And Now Wait For an Agent/ Site operater To respond



VERSION 2 : THIS IS WORKING FOR FEW FARMERS WHO ARE GETTING THE OLD HELP PAGE WHILE THIS IS THE EASY ONE

Step 2 Click The Help button

Step 3 When the Help Page Opens Click Support

Step 4 Wait for the page To Load And When it had finish Loading , Click on the Chat button

And Now your on Chat with zynga
Step 5 Enter your Name , Last Name And email And Click Start Chat

Step 6 And Now Wait For an Agent/ Site operater To respond
